Pastured Pork
Berkshire pigs are a rare breed, and have been prized English stock for over 300 years. A hardy breed, well adapted to the elements, Berkshire pork is renowned for its juiciness, flavour, and tenderness. The meat is pink-hued and heavily marbled.
All Redtail pork is rotationally moved through forests and perennial pastures. Pigs are finished on alfalfa, mixed grains and pasture. All pork is hormone and antibiotic free.
