A one-half cut generally includes:
- 2 Blade Roast (4 lbs each)
- 2 Sirloin Tip Roast
- 2 Inside Round Roast
- 2 Outside Round Roast
- 2 Inch Steaks / 2 per package (4 lbs/package)
- 12 T-bones
- 12 Rib Steak
- 12 Sirlion
- 2 Package of Short Ribs
- 8 Packages/1.5lbs of Boneless Stew Meat
- 30-40 Packages/1.5lbs of Ground Beef
Orders are accepted year round but we don’t butcher until autumn. To guarantee this product and to help distribute payment for our customers we require a deposit to hold your order. This deposit is roughly 50% of your order total and the remainder of the cost will be billed to you after the meat is weighed.
