Whether you are keto, paleo, or just someone looking for a quality eating experience, grass fed and grass finished beef is the way to go. All Redtail beef is local, hormone & antibiotic free, and butchered at 27-29 months for the tenderest, most full-flavour eating experience possible.
A one-quarter cut generally includes:
- 1 Blade Roast (4 lbs)
- 1 Sirloin Tip Roast
- 1 Inside Round Roast
- 1 Outside Round Roast
- 1 Inch Steaks / 2 per package (4 lbs)
- 6 T-bones
- 6 Rib Steak
- 6 Sirlion
- 1 Package of Short Ribs
- 4 Packages/1.5lbs of Boneless Stew Meat
- 15-20 Packages/1.5lbs of Ground Beef
Orders are accepted year round but we don’t butcher until autumn. To guarantee this product and to help distribute payment for our customers we require a deposit to hold your order. This deposit is roughly 50% of your order total and the remainder of the cost will be billed to you after the meat is weighed.
