Our Products

We don’t sell individual cuts, instead we sell quarter, half, and whole animals. Orders are accepted year round but we don’t butcher until Sept/Oct (beef) and Nov/Dec (pork).

To guarantee our product and to help distribute payment for our customers we require a deposit to hold your order. This deposit is roughly 50% of your order total and the remainder of the cost will be billed to you after the meat is weighed.
