Browse our grass fed beef, pastured pork, and other products here. Orders are accepted year round, though we butcher in Sept/Oct (beef) and Nov/Dec (pork).

To guarantee our product and to help distribute payment for our customers, we require a deposit to hold your order. This deposit is roughly 50% of your order total. The remainder of the cost will be billed to you after the meat is weighed.

Our Butcher’s Take program delivers a yearly supply of our hormone and antibiotic-free grass fed beef, packaged and portioned into a wide variety of traditional and unique specialty cuts. Other

From the Italian culinary term quinto quarto, the ‘fifth quarter’ refers to all offal taken through the butchering process, including the fat (beef & pork), bones (beef), and organs (beef). These cuts are some of the most nutrient dense and flavourful, and are increasingly recognized as the cornerstone to rich cuisine and a healthy diet. The ‘fifth quarter’ also refers back to the fact that these cuts account for roughly a quarter of the weight of a carcass. Thus, preparing offal honors all parts of the animal, and is essential to sustainably producing and eating meats.
