Our Products
We don’t sell individual cuts, instead we sell quarter, half, and whole animals. Orders are accepted year round but we don’t butcher until Sept/Oct (beef) and Nov/Dec (pork).
To guarantee our product and to help distribute payment for our customers we require a deposit to hold your order. This deposit is roughly 50% of your order total and the remainder of the cost will be billed to you after the meat is weighed.

Each package contains five sausages for $10/package approximately 1Ib.

Grass Fed Beef

Luing cattle are an incredibly hardy breed, and prove to be well suited for our harsh, prairie winters. These adaptations are exhibited in their innate ability to forage and convert grass to fat, creating a beef that is succulent, marbled, and full of flavour.
All Redtail cattle are raised on a rotational grazing system and are provided with a variety of perennial pasture. The beef is grass fed and finished, hormone and antibiotic free, and is butchered at 27-29 months to balance full beef flavour and tenderness.

A hardy breed, well adapted to the elements, Berkshire pork is renowned for its juiciness, flavour, and tenderness. The meat is pink-hued and heavily marbled.
All Redtail pork is rotationally moved through forests and perennial pastures. Pigs are finished on alfalfa, mixed grains and pasture. All pork is hormone and antibiotic free.

We sell our ground beef in 1.5lbs packages and our minimum order is 10 packages per order.
Orders are accepted year round but we don’t butcher until autumn. Customers will be contacted a week before delivery with pick up location and time.
